The 12" x 20" Heat Pack is our largest pack and is used extensively by search and rescue teams as well as other emergency aid groups to actively treat hypothermia right in the field. Take this pack right to your patient/rescued victim and start treating their hypothermia instantly while still in the field. This is a large multipurpose size, featuring bendable joints for ease of handling. Specialty application and extra warming ability. If you are looking for a "full back" heat pack that offers incredible heat and long heat times then this is the one. Ideal for use in double sleeping bags on those cold outings.
